Okay, I've been a fan of this band for years now and they were one of the first bands that got me into this genre of music. When it comes to melodic metal, I can't think of a better band. In my opinion, regardless of who they have on vox, these guys churn out great music. With that said, I'm chompin' at the bit to hear what they sound like with Corey Brown! To my understanding they've done a few festival dates with Corey and are working on a new studio disc as of now.

Who besides me is a fan of this band and would like to see them back at the fest?

Having never seen them live but have a couple of cds..I would love to see them.

If you haven't already, pick up the Heathenology CD/DVD set. It has a nice disc of remasters plus a live CD and DVD. The DVD has live footage of Lance and John K (as well as a few snippits of yours truly :D ) over the last several years.

I actually got that set last Christmas and I agree that it's a great package! I wish that there was more live footage of Lance though and more remastered songs from When The World Falls Down. I haven't been able to get my hands on BOP's debut yet...........for a decent price anyways. :erk:

Definitely a great live band!! :headbang:
We saw them at Firefest II and to me, they were one of the best bands of the day. Looking forward to see them play again at the Metal Forever Festival on Dec. 30th, and I bet they'll be even better by now! :)

I haven't really heard much of Balance of Power, but I am somewhat curious. Being a fan of Biomechanical I'm tempted to pick up Heathen Machine to hear more of John K. on vocals, but I haven't seen many reviews of the disc. Does anyone know if it's worth picking up?
