Band #6 is confirmed.

Now this is really shaping up to be a Spectacular Line-up, HOLY SHIT THUNDERSTONE, that is awesome. WOOOOOOHOOOOOOOO

OK,listening to Tool of the Devil right now
like this a lot
Good call Glen
IMO,has an almost Angel Dust feel to it(at least this song) for those (like me with no metal life) who havn't heard this
maybe I should get the new In Flames out of my CD player, lol

Thunderstone is a quality addition. The two I've heard ..The Burning, and Tools Of Destruction are pretty solid efforts. They should make for a pretty entertaining addition. I would have thought a #2 spot for them, but I guess it's not much of a stretch to see them as a #3. Hopefully they will be high energy on stage.

I almost forgot THUNDERSTONE is one of the bands recently signed by KING FOO ENTERTAINMENT, so i have a very sneaky feeling everyone's second favorite Finn EWO will be in attendance this year. Damn it would be great to see him again.

Sahweeet!!! Thunderstone rock!

Im one of the few who loves there debut CD the best.

Anyone who wants to check em out start with the song VIRUS. :hotjump:

Well, I guess this means that Vision Divine, or Nocturnal Rites will move into the Friday 4th slot, and Mercenary, or Mystic Prophecy will fill the #2 spot on Saturday. Boy do I hope I am right, but I'm guessing I'll be wrong.

Who said Conception? Daaamn... Tool of the Devil really does have that flavor.... slow, heavy, ROCK ANTHEM feel to it. This guy's voice is REALLY cool. Gritty, loud, strong, steady control for those long notes. Sings more like Dio than Kotipelto. Awesome.

Burning Sun... hmm... keyboards are really cool. Adds an element that thickens up the song and makes it sound enormous.
I'm waiting for the singer to bust out a "LOOK OUT!" any moment now! \m/ I love this chorus... really an arena-filling sound. Almost a tint of Def Leppard bigness. One of those guitar solos where the guy has amazing shred chops but hides it with great melody and great composition. Probably the ...OOOH! Big fat key change! HUUUUGE!!! This band's gonna need some badass pyrotechnics and inflatable dragons rising out of the ground and shit!!!

Almost feels like Whitesnake.

I have a feeling these guys will easily follow in the footsteps of Edguy and Brainstorm.

After two kids, I swore off having any more. Two was enough. But now I'm going to have to tell my wife I'm ready for #3 so we can have a boy and name him Glenn!!

I am excited about Thunderstone. I always think of them at the same time as Supreme Majesty, because they both released their first CDs at about the same time, I found out about both bands at the same time, and both now have three CDs out. For both bands, I like the first CD best, the most recent second best, and their sophomore CDs third best. So I am excited about Thunderstone, as long as we get Supreme Majesty next year :-)

Man for 2 years i have been hoping for this. Thunderstone..............Like mr oliva said a few years back....gonna need f'n surgery to get this f'n smile off my face....

For those that wanted the ranking...in my humble opinon i like thier first one the best...its the most complete...great songs all the way through....2nd one was more diverse...some fantastic songs, and some that were just eh.....The 3rd prolly has a few that are the best...tool of the devil song rocks....but it isnt as complete as the first one......I think they are coming up with better stuff, just not completing the disc like the first one....But alot has to be said that it took forever for them to get a deal and get the first one out, so they must have had alot of time to work on it and it showed.

Gosh im harh...i love all 3 of them but the first one still gives me goosebumps..huge sound, great melodies.....damn i cant wait
