Bands from your hometown

Cheers Caro! I forgot to mention In Extremo. But I can't stand Rammstein at all, that's why I didn't put them on the list...
I saw DÄ live at the Terremoto festival last August, and I'm finally going to see them in BERLIN this June. I can't wait. They're some of the nicest, funniest musicians around. "Schrei nach Liebe" was played at every party during my highschool years...
Zeraphine is from Berlin too

hey bambi, can you please tell me why lizzy do gigs while phil is six feet under? are they out of their fuckin minds or what!

on topic: a nice band from saarbrücken would be mysterium.
I like their album "Soulwards" a lot, it's great! I like the way they combine different styles of metal. The clean vocals by Markus B. (Autumnblaze) are a big bonus too. :)
"Glowering Facades Of Night" isn't bad either, a bit boring though.

cos they have expensive habits to maintain if ye knoworrimean *sniff, sniff*
allegedly.

they should be strung up the lot of them. They played a gig in dublin and they wouldnt let the support have two guitarists in case they upstaged them :tickled:

Well, as some people had asked for it, I thought I'd post these samples here as this band is from my hometown. err... :err:

Perpetual Flame - Mediacontrol
Perpetual Flame - Nation Bypass

The album will be out in the first weeks of March.
Travis Smith was in charge of the Artwork.
Hope you won't find it too bad. :hypno:

I sing and play the bass on those songs.

Nice songs, the keyboard in mediacontrol somehow reminds me very much of Pestilence´s last CD: Spheres... :)

exhumation were cool, yep. shame they split. less than human have also recorded for a foreign company i think.
