I don't feel it's that spastic - it's unpredictable and musically disorganized, but it doesn't have this kind-of-atonal and rhythmic bizarreness (sorry, I can't come with a better definition) that I find on these newer bands.

To me, bands that make no sense at all are much rather straight-copycats of successful acts. Bands that feature little to no originality and only ride on the tails of successful innovators. I have ZERO respect for that.
