I don't know. For me, theres different worlds of Enjoyment. If I want something Complex, I'll listen to stuff like

Opeth
Death
Enslaved
Porcupine Tree

And So On...


But If I'm in the mood for something just fast with just Intro/Verse/Chorus type of structure, I listen to

Arch Enemy
In Flames
At The Gates
Katatonia

And Alot More..


But I guess I can't really answer this question. It's just really confusing to me.

there are alot of times when i enjoy Macabre, Nokturnal Mortum and Therion more than Opeth... depends on my mood, I love them all the same practically

bands that surpass Opeth consistantly for my enjoyment factor include:

Vintersorg and all his projects (currently my most enjoyed) It looks like he might take the place of Opeth as my most enjoyed music.

It all depends on my mood. At times Opeth are the last thing I want to listen to, and other times I can't listen to anything but. Though generally the bands I'd say I enjoy more than Opeth are Bloodbath and Sentenced.
