Basic MIDI pedal for Axe FX 2

Hey guys, I’m looking for a cheap and simple MIDI foot switch to operate my Axe FX 2 live.

It only really needs to have 1 or 2 buttons, (one to click down a patch, and one to click up) – or just one button that flicks between two patches. All I need is to flick between a rhythm and a lead tone when I’m playing live so need the smallest/cheapest option to do this... any ideas?

Don't know if you play live with a click. But for me all of my patche changes are done by a midi track alligned to our back track and send via interface conncted to my drummer's laptop no need to bother you with a pedal.
