Bass exercises for speed?

Do you know any exercises for developing speed and agility, to play songs like Spastic Ink??

HMmmmmmmmmmmmm... Dunno... Maybe speed does not comes from practicing, it comes from a juice or something. Or Lemon Scent.

I have some patterns I practice on, but I'm almost sure you do have it too, are just simple fingering exercises. Anyway, if you want something, you know where to find me =P

You should ask Alan Goldstein or Sean Malone for advice. I don't dare to give any myself since I just as you struggle with the Ink stuff and haven't exactly nailed it yet but thoose 2 guys both played Spastic Ink songs and often answer email so try them.
