I have a Fender jazz-bass... I love it, it has a warm sound and I think I would never sell it for all the gold there's on this earth...

Ah, so I'm not the only person who noticed that.
This question goes to any girl willing to answer: Why the bassist? What's so alluring about the bassist as opposed to the other members?
I think Fender makes versatile basses... they are excellent and fit to the most things you wanna play... don't you think?
Then Steve Harris, my fav bass player, has always used a Fender bass... if I remember right.
I haven't a pic of my bass, but I found a pic of a similar one on the internet.. here it is.... I love it.

Now that you mention it, the bassists with more important roles seem to be pretty unpopular with chicks (Geddy Lee, Les Claypool, etc)... Possibly cause they're too busy playing bass!
