I think that Mikael's clean singing is even better in this one especially near the end.

Mikael stated once in an interview that he's a big fan and always wanted to add some NIN influence to the Opeth sound, so there you have it.

Cool, I really like that harmonized part at the end where it sounds really really dissonant, like minor 2nds or something.

that sounds quite sick...I can hear some nice riffage in the background that would sound much better from a quality recording. This album is starting to look better and better. There's definately a leper affinityish riff at about 1:50, and the singing sounds different than anything Mike has ever done. It actually reminds me a lot of white cluster.
