Just got one then for some extra Preamps and havent had a chance to get an ADAT cable. If theres no ADAT cable plugged in, Is it normal for the first 3 channels to have a very low illuminated Clip and Signal LED?

I will Check tmro if theres signal getting to adat.

Strange, mine doesn't do that, with or without ADAT plugged in. It may just be the LED components though, you could possibly be getting a signal that is fine.

I've worked with one going into a digi002. Pres are "ok", not great by any means, but they work great for triggers or sample replacement, and it IS possible to get some decent sounds out of them!

I just went out and got the ADAT Cable and those First 3 Channels seem to work fine.

I didnt expect Awesome pres, and they arnt. but it is solely for triggering and replaement.

I found them very Noisy.

Yeah in that case it'll do the job! I've heard they tend to be fairly reliable, for Behringer gear :kickass:

haha yeh, Here in australia they RRP for $499 AUD and i Picked it Up for $200 with 10 months use. It will also make me all the more AWESOME now i have the Capacity to run 18 CHANNELS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

!!!!

hahahahahaha:lol:

I got mine purely to run triggers into, and scratch guitar mic when the drummer needs to have guitars going. So far using it for that I've had zero problems from day 1 and hasn't disappointed me either - all it has to do is get the trigger splats into Cubase for me so I don't waste good pres on them :)
