Best 9mm pistol?

When I was 9 I shot a Feg and Beretta somethingorother. Even they were too much for my skinny 60lb body, and I'd have to rest the butt on the stand at the firing range. The Feg still worked, but my stance caused the ejected casings to get stuck. Based on that experience, I'll make a write-in vote Feg.

(The only gun I've ever fired decently was a Taurus .22 with my family, but the ear muffs weren't working properly and the resulting pain made me cry after ten minutes.)

I have only shot the glock 17. I like that a lot. I'm a big fan of glocks, would recommend fully. Sig makes a wicked nice gun too. My father's old gun for work was an old Sig. Thing still shoots great.
