Some great bands in this list, but I dunno about starting off with TBoHM...that song is a little too tongue-in-cheek to introduce someone to powermetal with...the first impression is a lasting one, you know. Also...no Helloween? I'd definitely stick I Want Out on there.

Sometimes all that motivates me to get to the gym is having a great playlist or compilation CD to listen to, so I usually make a new one every few weeks. My strategy is to have a couple of slower songs at the beginning and end…and then a bunch of songs in the middle that will really kick my butt. Here’s the latest:
