Ok in my opinion every single J.P. album is a masterpiece (except Dissident Alliance which sucks hehe)

Thane. A desert island disc for me, actually. :)

Btw, I love that avatar from "Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas." Benicio del Toro is one of my favorite actors.

damn, it seems i am the only "Ample Destruction" maniac
I consider "Thane To The Throne" to be their second best .

No way man
Iam way into "Ample" but "Thane" just does it for me
Ive always been a big fan of violins, and real orchestral sounding pieces in metal, and "Thane" does it all to well.

I can't choose between the majesty of Thane to the Throne and the pure agression of Ample Destruction... both are materpieces in their own way.
Maybe I'll give my vote to Ample Destruction because of its cult status...

Let us rank the albums, here's my top :
1/ Ample Destruction
2/ Thane to the Throne
3/ Fourth Judgment
4/ Mechanized Warfare
5/ Age of Mastery
6/ Chain of Command
7/ Dissident Alliance

Mechanized Warfare!!!! :kickass:

Every song on that album is a nice kick to the metal nut-sack! :D Hands down their best album to date!

...and belive it or not, Dissident Alliance is not to far from being another favorite due to sentimental reasons. Although it's kind of the "bastard child" of all the JP recordings, It was the first JP album I heard, and I bought it back when it was first released through Pavement. I belive it was 93' or 94? someone will have to double check me on that one...

The re-recorded songs from Dissident... off of Nail Spiked Bat are defaintly the way they should have sounded back then, Harry sounds KILLER on those tunes!
