Well the thread doesn't say front cover specifically.
A very intense still of what seems to be Tony Lazaro having one of the most if not the most significant bowel movements in his life. Oh and also he's riding a horse of the apocalypse, ancient pagan symbolism in places, wtvr. So I find this captures the essence of death metal, that seething passion for, uhm...the devil and the Lord of the Rings etcetera.
