I don't know if I could really judge the "best" of all ProgPowers, since I've only been coming since PP V, but out of the four years I've been, these have been some of my favorite performances (as well as performances that I feel were very well received by the other attendees):

Pagan's Mind - PP VIII
Wuthering Heights - PP V

These are the 4 performances that stick out in my mind. All of them made me say "wow." when they were over. I was a noob at 4, and didn't really pace myself or plan correctly on leaving saturday night for a 16 hour drive back to NY, my deepest regret is missing the rest of Rage's set.
