I seriously can't think of a person who will look at that cover and would say..."Awesome artwork"...
The guy that designed this shit must be truly a guy who has no taste, no life, no common sense and no heart. How could you ever stare at you screen for hours creating this vulgar image... the guy must have a twisted mind..

Edit...how would the designer have actually reacted?

Band: "We want a picture with a woman on her back with her legs stretched upwards, sperm on her face, a bucket of sperm sticking out her vagina, and we want her anus to be inside out with sausages sticking out of it. Ow and the piggy likes to watch, so put him on there also.."

Some people just have a really fucking warped sense of humour, obviously the idea of pigs heads, buckets of cum quite literally, and sausages in some chicks ass all in one picture really tickled the bands pickle as it were, and they decided to roll with it, because why the fuck not?

My last band was called "Foetus In A Jar" for fuck's sake. It's an utter pisstake. Do you really think anyone with an album cover that fucking stupid or a band name that blatantly moronic is really supposed to be taken seriously?
I found the picture really funny to be fair, it's offensive as fuck for the sake of it, and that in itself is amusing.

well I've seen lots of gorey album covers given I was in a goregrind band for like 2 years and the other guys were really into those bands and kept showing me albums and such, and this is one of the funniest yet hard to look at I've seen. I only looked at it for like 30 seconds and closed the tab haha

It's simply humor, although I do find it kind of tasteless, I prefer drawn stuff a million times, I can actually look at drawn, not real gorey stuff. for real picture stuff, Disgorge (mex) covers are pretty cool and gorey

Seriously - I bought a grind CD called "Rotten Fecal Duct" by BOWEL a few years ago after catching sight of it at a metal record store down in Greenwich Village in Manhattan, and it definitely brought some lulz that were well worth the $4 price
