Best venue to play at???

ok basically, i know how difficult it is for relatively small bands like KD to get a gig in a venue/festival of their choice (compared with bands like metallica, linkin park, slipknot e.c.t.) but if KD could headline a show & play to a full house at any venue/festival, which should that be & why?
mine would have to be either "the Astoria" in london england or the "reading festival" in england. the astoria because its prob the best intimit venue in britain were every one of the 1600 crowd feels the intense atmosphere no matter were they are, and the reading festival because its simply the biggest rock event in britain & its the place were bands can take a step forward into making a name for them selfs in the british music scene!

I guess Pink Floyd once did a concert at the excavated amphitheatre at Pompeii. I'd have to pick somewhere like that, or inside the Great Pyramid.

Well, a sold out show at Madison Square Garden would be nice, but as far as places we have actually played, Nothing tops The House of Blues in Chicago, but the 9:30 Club in Washington D.C. is a VERY close second. House of Blues has a better backstage area for the band, and they treat you like a king, but the stage and vibe at the 9:30 club was amazing. You have to love ANY venue where you have a shower, and when it's the first shower you get in a week, you tend to fall in love with the place.
