Interesting pick! I'm curious as to why Awake over I&W? Especially given some of the stuff he pulls off (like on Learning to Live for example) on I&W.
Labrie's performance on I&W is stellar, and for me it's always a toss up. Which is his best performance, Awake or I&W? On Awake ,IMHO Labrie sang with more emotion , adding more grit and expanding more of his lower range. While at the same time sang with more power and clarity. Although I believe I&W is near perfection, the writing on Awake has a more dark tone ,which a has warranted a few more play's throughout the years.
