Best way to send large files for over the net mixing?

Hey guys,
I have been wondering what is the most efficient way to send lots of large .wav files to other people who may be editing drums etc

I tried the search function but I couldn't seem to find anything.
Or maybe I just don't know what to search for..

...which is exactly why it's a bad choice for sending lots of large WAV files
