Bests tubes for JCM 800??

This might sound a stupid question to most of you but I don’t have a clue.

Jus got my hands on a JCM 800 50w head. I’ve always used solid state in the past so I only have a basic knowledge of tubes.
So I was wondering what are best tubes to use with a JCM 800. I want a powerful heavy sound without sacrificing the great character of a JCM 800. if any one could help that would be great.

I think for metal 6550 are often used as powertubes..
For Pre's I like GT12AX7C but never used them on a marshall
