so they are passing these flyers out around the campus, that gives tips on safe and successful drinking.

eat before drinking.
have 4 drinks.
eat while drinking.

Ok I know a few girls, and guys that would be pretty tipsy after 4 drinks regardless of consuming a good amounts of beer nuts.
