In 2008, Swedish death metal supergroup Bloodbath issued a four song EP, Unblessing The Purity, via Peaceville Records.

On July 11, 2025, Unblessing The Purity will be re-released on CD, including bonus live tracks from Party.San Metal Open Air 2008, featuring the same recording lineup. Pre-orders can be placed now through Omerch.
