Well, about the DVD, I recently read in a french Katatonia interview of Anders that they are really trying to release this DVD but Akerfeldt being on Roadrunner is THE problem..but it seems they don't want to give up since, "we have something big"...btw, from him, a third album could be released before the end of the year...
