So, lately I've been sweating at the drop of a hat. Maybe it's cos I'm a bit fitter or whatever, but I'll put on a new shirt and 3 hours later I'll have pit stains and stink like a motherfucker. Tried quite a few deo's and sprayed a fuckton on and it doesn't do anything. It's also summer coming up, with 40 degree weather.

Help.

One of my mates has this problem.

Look for some 48 hour deodrant, a roll on preferably. If you can get a spray as well, take it.

Talk to your doctor. Not a typical man thing to do, but they might have something that'll help.

Failing all of that, get Botox injections in your pits. Seriously, it works.

Yeah here it's -18 celcius. Is it really that weird sweating when it's 40 celcius outside? I have a hard time imagining 40 celcius, our hottest days are around 25-30 and 30 being crazy hot.

Yeah we're about that now, and I'm sweating. On 40 degree days I'm going to be disgusting.

Will try. If I have to get Botox at least I'll have youthful if somewhat unemotional armpits for the rest of my life.

Could be a diet thing man, do you eat well?

When I went to Sweden it was consistently 36 for the whole 6 days  You were having a better summer than we were at the time, it was ridiculous.

Increased sweating can be a symptom of many things - if it a really noticeable increase over what you normally sweat, I'd go to a doctor and get it checked out. Even if it's nothing serious, they can recommend some solutions.

Not trying to scare you or anything, but coming from past experiences with some serious shit, increased sweating was one of the symptoms they used in my diagnosis. I was having horrendous night sweats - I'd wake up in the middle of the night with sweat pouring out of my body like water from a fountain. I'm sure it's nothing serious in your case, but worth looking into if it really is a noticeable increase.

Blocking up your pores isn't going to do your body much good at all, but I do appreciate the problem, I've been told by many people I'm one of the most profusely perspirant musicians they know.
If you want your skin and pores to stay somewhat healthy, I'd suggest just keeping a deoderant round with you, otherwise, get used to it.
If you just want it to stop, the list posted above is probably your best bet.

I wouldn't worry about it too much though. People are conditioned to think that if you're not smelling of roses and shampoo and deoderants and after shaves 24/7 then you smell awful when in reality a small amount of BO can be somewhat beneficial, pheremones and stuff, etc.

That or start smoking 20 a day so you stink of cigarettes instead of stinking of human being.

I'd seriously advise against botox though, that stuff is fucking nasty and is way too far.

If you can deal with it, shaving your armpits can help with both perspiration and smell, as it lets the deodorant make direct contact with your skin rather than getting all caught up in the hair.

I'm in the same situation. I'm 23 now and just 2 years ago I had NO problems at all, even my gf that the time said I never smell bad and didnt sweat almost anything. But now... I think it has to do with stress and shit, I sweat like a motherfucker, not enough to have huge armpit stains on my shirts, but enough to smell bad (for me atleast). I tried every anti-pprespirant , deodorant, whatever, nothing works very well unfortunately : l It sucks
