It depends on your standards. With those papers, I think they tend to accept the overall concept of mass immigration and multiculturalism but ride the wave of outrage over specific scandals, when the powers that be deem that acceptable. That might just be part of the newspaper format though. The Daily Mail I see a bit like a horror movie or porn. People get off over being offended, I don't see it as serious.
