Brisbane/Australian Sneapster Meet-Up

Hey guys,

Just putting the feelers out there for a meet up in March for local sneapsters? I was thinking just meet up at a pub/club have a few drinks and a chat about music/engineering/farting whatever. Chris (Melb_Shredder) will be up for the 'Ye Gods of Metal' festival in Logan in March so we can meet up with a few melbournites aswell, perhaps even at the event. Anyway let me know what you think, i think itd be a great way to learn a bit and get to know a few of the faces around these parts.

I havent really thought about a venue, I guess wherever we can all agree on. We'll see how many people are available and figure out a date from there. But honestly anywhere that sells beer would work

Victory hotel has $3 basics all night on Thursdays. That's the cheapest. And goes all night..

Unfortunately Brisbane is a really long way away for me! Otherwise I'd love to go, it'd be cool to meet some of you guys.

You guys should organize a west coast meet up. Iv seen quite a few people on here from WA.

That or we could all meet at Uluru

Bear in mInd, at least on my part, I'll only be up between 30th march to April 1!

so that limits our choices to either the 30th (arvo i would assume) or on the 1st before you go back to Melbourne yea?

seems like either or might be a bit tough. Obviously Chris has to be able to play his guitar so we can't get him too drunk and I'm more than likely doing sound for that show (still TBC) and if I start drinking my ears turn to shit.

Guess we should organize to head out after we just need to get out of the shitty area that is logan.

You're doing sound for the show? That'll be cool as, now I know who's arse to kick when I have inevitable Foldback complaints haha. We are actually pretty easy with requirements XD
