Musicians friend stupid deal of the day is the bugera 1990 head for $319. Pretty sweet deal if u ask me! Hopefully my ebay auctions sell today!

I'm certain I'm not alone in my belief that the SL-X was quite a fine amplifier, for live use I'd take one over any Peavey/Mesa, anyday. Studio is of course, a very different story.

At $320 that is a proper steal. Sadly I'm in no position to take advantage of this deal.

Yeah if it was a clone of the SL-X it would have been win, but the Dual verb was a terrible amp.
