What do you guys think?

I think the Crunch channel really has that nice Marshall flavor to it.

This was done with:

Guitar: Squire Master Series w/ Set Neck, Mahogany Body & Duncan 59's
Boost: NONE
Amp:Bugera 333xl

Crunch Channel
Gain 8
Volume: 3
High: 7
Mid:5
Bass:5

Noise gate off

Master Volume: 5
Presence: 5

Cab - Vintage 71 Marshall
Speaker V30
Mic - 57 just off the center of the cone

Post Processing:
Highpass at 80hz
Low PassL 7.5k

Solos:
Same amp setting with post processing
High Pass: 80hz
Low Pass: 7.5k
Mid boost at:500Hz +4db
Mid Boost at 3.7k +2.5db

Bass is Ibanez Gio with Podfarm using a Marshall Plexi for some brit on top with a C1 comp

Drums are Slate:

Old Zep Snare A
Maple Toms

I really dig it!

EDIT: OMG just realized I left my shit ass backing vocals in it ... hahahah

has a bit too much highs and not enough mids and lows to my taste, but quite good. like talking +-1 type settings.

PS: I don't know how loud the 333xl is compared to 333, but at least the 333 is loud as hell if you go even near 3 on the master volume knob.

Sounds rad. Thanks for the 333XL love. All i've really recorded with mine is some country-rock stuff so far. I use it for cover band gigs as a one channel amp on the crunch channel, gotta keep that pre turned waaaay down so i can clean it up with my volume, but it sounds really sweet!

I would agree there should be a bit more low/low mids going on, and i know this thing has them even though it's voiced with a bit more 'cut'.

I love the guitar tones.

The snare drum and cymbals don't sound that great to me though. I realise you're posting for the guitar sounds, which certainly deliver.

Fantastic solo man :)
