I like them too, although I don't feel as metal with them somehow. But I'm fed up with 24 years of contacts troubles. I had glasses "on the side" but they weren't very good and I only used them before bedtime, right after getting up etc. A year ago I had a tiny scratch on my eye and had to wear the glasses for a few weeks - high time to get a new and well-measured pair! I was told to wear the lenses less hours a day, and more and more I found myself wearing the glasses ALL day, because they are MUCH more comfortable!!!! The last time I tried to wear the lenses again I could feel how my eyes felt more tired immediately, and that was it. I'm DONE with my contacts. Hooray for my glasses!
But laser surgery is certainly something I'm considering for the future! Unfortunately I've also heard of some cases where it wasn't corrected a 100% and they still need (lighter) glasses. I don't know how big that 'risk' is, that would be a waste of money
