C00D1199 fix? wav to ogg

does anyone know a fix for this? im trying to convert the ezdrummer samples to ogg format so i can use them on acoustica beatcraft.....not sure if its the audio converter im using(xilisoft) or the C00D1199 codec thing, can someone help a nigga out?!

Those samples are made so they can't be converted. It's illegal to convert them.
