Cake or Biscuit?

I'm sure neither British nor American biscuits can compete with the best cake. I used this photo as my avatar on a bunch of websites for ages. A slice of 11 layer cake that was so big I only finished it at breakfast the next day.

I can't believe people rate a plain rich tea biscuit for dunking in tea. It changes it to the worst consistency possible.

Bump. Still like a bourbon with a cup of tea. Looking for other dunking biscuit suggestions (rich tea and digestives are bad dunkers)

Try Hobnobs (especially the chocolate ones), shortbread fingers, or even ginger nuts, they hold up well and taste great warm.
