Yeah I was so addicted to Halo 2 at one point my original Xbox broke so when I sent it in I actually rented one from Rent - a - Center. It seemed logical at the time but now I look back on that and see how pathetic I was

I loved the original Rainbow 6 Vegas so much, my XBOX broke 1 week before part 2 came out, and there was no way I was going to wait a month to play it, so I bought the Elite, so I understand completely.

My disc 4 of Lost Odyssey is defective, I'm gonna go get a replacement later today. 
It did the whole "disc unreadable" thing, then when I tried again it would load and make the xbox crash... then I tried it hours later and it would load, show some stuff, load again and then crash the system again... so that sucks. It always freezes up during a load. But I also got a new game, Dead Rising, which was a bargain price and it works fine. It's just that damn disc 4 keeping me from ending my odyssey. :'(
Despite the good things you guys said about the other games, I think I'm going to end up with Halo 3 for my birthday -- hey, it's a birthday present what can I say.

Well I went and got the replacement, and the new disc was bad too... I looked it up on the net and a lot of people have trouble with disc 4. One forum recommended cooking the disc in near-boiling hot water.... I'm not up for that kind of stuff, I took the second one back and got a full refund... ended up putting $20 of that on gas to make it home. x_x
