Can somebody identify this sample?

Hi Folks!

I looked through some stuff in my harddisk I downloaded a while ago and found a mp3 without any tags, which sounds really interesting to me. I really can't remember where I got it from, but the style somehow reminds me on Ron(thats why I'm asking in this forum )... so can somebody here help me with this? I uploaded it here

The only problem is that it's really hard to get that kind of stuff here in Germany - I'm really, really happy that I was able to get the two Spastic Ink CDs, last year.

Try Just For Kicks (http://www.justforkicks.de). I just checked their site and they have copies. But if you can't get the CD from them, I've got copies over here. I just sent an order to Europe (England) last week, and it got there in 3 days! Damn...
