Can The "Flub" On This Clip Be Tamed?

I like playing this riff on the F# string on my 8 string, but, as you can hear, there is a lot of flub here as well. Are there any mixing techniques that can tame this amount of flub?

I wanted to record a lot of older material and thought this tone would work well with it. Glad to hear I can keep the tone and lose the flub!
