Cannes needs some Posters....

I was at the beach today and walked by Cannes, they have the tiniest black and white maidens flyer on the wall for the Saturday show, I almost missed it. The girls need to get someone to canvass it so as to be more visable. The place looks big, they should go for a sellout.

A black and white flyer? That's bizarre......actually that's lame-o! We send them about a dozen full color posters that they put up in the club, but apparently they get taken. I wish they would just ask us to send more instead of letting it go to some b&w flyer on the wall. I hope they at least still have a large color poster in behind the glass at the front door. Anyway, thanks for the headzup. I still think we will have a killer crowd this Sat. cuz San Diego loves their Maiden! and we're playing with our friends in the ultimate Queensryche tribute, Empyre! Can't beat Maiden and QR..........a little Priest would be awesome too in my book!

The show rocked Linda, and Empyre proved worthy to open for the Maidens. If they had displayed the posters you sent them, though, the crowd would have been sold out to fire code capacity. Right by a Naval base with lots of Maiden fans, Cannes screwed themselves out of some gate by sticking that 7 by 10 inch black and white flyer out there! ROCK ON!

Well, we fans need to call Cane's and tell them what's up! MaidenS could easily sell that place out, but they do have very weak promotion. Empyre kicks butt too. I met Frank afterwards, he was cool! Both bands ruled! The energy level was so intense in there! I was totally stoked by it! I did some serious damage to my neck! My best friend (chiropractor) was like "What the hell did you do"!?! He told me that if I kept it up, he was going to have to start charging me! I told him the only thing I could..."Better start saving them pennies then"!
