Castlevania soundtrack

My guess would be Bloody Tears (i'm problably wrong though) check Korruption's guess also.
Korruptions guess is closer. Bloody Tears sounds a bit too synthpopish at time. Clocktower does remind me a bit of Johannson's album with Mike Romeo only leads are not as flashy.
I'll have to check Festival of Servants.
Thanks guys.

Shit, I know they were from Symphony of the Night...ummm...not sure of the titles, but I know where they were in the game...the main entrance music, the boss music for castle A, and I think the clocktower too.

BTW, ALL castlevania music is neoclassical metal, try to find a midi of Vampire Killer from the original game, you'll see what I mean. Also I know in Japan they did an actual neoclassical CD of Castlevania music with well known (in japan anyway) Japanese shredders doing the tracks.

Heh, I knew I was wrong :p I haven't played that game (series) in years, it's one classic that never gets old though (and the music is cool too)

Well, there is Dracula X, that's the Japanese title of the game...but
I have Dracula...perfect selection I and II. They are Castlevania songs done by a two-piece Japanese act. They play the tracks metal style, and some of the solos are pretty damn good.

There are quite a few Castlevania tracks...off the original 8-bit nintendo that have a hint of Symphony X to them. Reason being? They have a lot of classical influence.

If you are talking about Castlevania Symphonoy Of the Night, you probably mean the Clocktower theme which is called The Tragic Prince. And yes, in japan they released a 2 castlevania CDs done by actuall japanese metal guitarists and such, I have it all on my computer, its great stuff.

I have been listening a bit to that old Castlevania stuff again... and damn.. I'm already totally hooked to "Bloody Tears"... already been trying to play it on the guitar  Currently looking for more of that Japanese stuff...

(Btw, if anyone knows where the music for Simon's Quest is tabbed, would you please let me know? :))
