I want to know how to make bass sound like that(see intro when bass is up)?what effect he use? or it's sound of his bass guitar?

Play around with the "Mids" setting on your amp. A heavy gauge E string helps (say a 110), hit the strings with all your might. Play with your right hand over the pickups.

Yeah ive been trying to get the tone for ages. Mids are the way. My band played caught in a mosh two nights ago. It was so much fun

really having an amp with an EQ is your best bet. That really helps you shape your mids to achieve that sort of tone. Also, using a precision bass rather than a Jazz is a step in the right direction.
