they have sooo many albums and are so different across the board it's hard to say. i just got "Farewell to High Tide" because it was recommended to me (it's old, though) and i've listened to it twice (it's two discs long) and i think it's good. The very newest one is good too, I think?

I have no idea what to recommend.. my favorite is Chaiming the Knobbelssone (sp?) but I haven't heard most of their stuff. Their guitarist told me the other day that he thought I'd like Homb a lot because it's super composed.

The only thing that I sorta didnt like was the vocals... they just arent really my thing... but they arent intrusive enough to make me not listen to it. Toby you should sing for them.. then they would take over the world.

the vocals are also totally different from album to album (well, maybe similar for groups of 2-3 albums) so try to hit up their other stuff and see if you appreciate those vox more?

i just realized that the cerberus shaol album that toby let me borrow in my car is Chaiming the Knobbelssone and i have been listening to it non-stop. fucking amazing.
