Yup ... and ya know I have enjoyed this reunion tour for what it is - a chance to get a glimpse at the band of a bygone era. Relive some 80s magic and man its been fun. Its a shame that some people have hated it and this and that but I guess everyone's entitled to their opinion. Regardless I am very happy - I love this band and Charlie summed it up. Its about the music - thats what it has always been about to me, their music. What they do in their personal lives is their own business.

I think the guys did a great job on this tour, like Charlie wrote, if your gonna be nostalgic go crazy. People who came to see them wanted some old-school fun and they got it. Sometimes I feel that the old fans diss the John-era because of him when they should bitch about Scott and Charlie, they have allways written most of the material regadless of the singer. People are very quick to diss John when their dislike of the newer material is mentioned, when they complain about the vocals I can understand but when they claim it´s Johns fault Thrax doesn´t make TRÜE thrash anymore that´s just pathetic... go back to your Overkill-albums.

No matter what happens, I am pumped that I will get to see the Anthrax I love again... If they get back with the Bush line up some fans will be happy which is cool. But Thrax will drift back into nothingness again.. I know I'll be gone, I have nothing against Bush, I just could never get into the music they did with him except maybe a song here or there...

The deal was this - as much as I love Belladonna I always knew the way forward was with Bush. Its a tough one coz I love both lineups but I do know that they were hitting something very special with WCFYA - an energy I haven't felt since SOWN. Then again the live energy from the Reunion tour was awesome too.

Drift into nothingness? No offense dude, but this reunion hasn't exactly put them back on the map or made them popular again (maybe only in your eyes because you are stoked to see the lineup you love, which is fine). They are playing the exact same venues as they were before, except Donnington. But they did a shitload of UK festivals with John, even on the most recent tour with him.tomass74 said:
