Cheap room treatment for vox recording

I've had fairly decent results putting some auralex in a corner of the room (about 3 or 4 feet out in either direction from the cornder), and putting the mic about a foot and a half from said corner, facing out, with an additional sheet of auralex on the ceiling above the mic. I know corners of rooms are a bit taboo when it comes to recording and what not, but its the best way I've found to get decent isolation without buying extra stuff or treating an entire room. I used to have an actual vocal booth that was almost completely dead. I miss that thing.

buffff i was so happy that i can make that vocal booth - but then i tryed to order Auralex stuff and Whitmor box - and i found that none of the stores that sales this thing are shipping to Russia.... that really sucks... dont know what to do - maybe any of you guys could help me? anyhow?
