Chicago metal scene?

Greetings Rivetheads, Earthdogs and Hellrats,

I'm going to be spending a few nights in Chicago at the end of July and I was hoping some of the Chicagonian's that frequent this site could point me in the right direction. I'm looking for the Chicago metal scene. Preferably places that metal bands play but metal bars (places that just play metal on the jukebox) will do as well. So, where do I want to go to see a metal band? Local or national bands, I don't care ... I just want metal. And please don't point me towards the AllState Arena. Thank you!

I ended up at Metal Haven and Kumas Corner. The Goblin Cock burger was fantastic! My wife had the Judas Priest and she was equally impressed. Thanks for the tips!

Sounds good, I always wanted to try the Goblin Cock burger but never got around to it.

So far I've had the Led Zeppelin, Plague Bringer and Mastodon.
