Classics Reborn

There was a re-release of COC's Blind this week. There's been multiple re-releases over the years but this has an extra disc with 5 songs on it. 2 of those songs seem to be songs that were released on the "Columbia Re-release" in 1995. This is a double 12" on coloured vinyl, doesn't look like it's on CD.

Anyway here's the track listing.

Disc 1
Side A
1. These Shrouded Temples... 02:37
2. Damned for All Time 05:52
3. Dance of the Dead 04:29
4. Buried 05:18
5. Break the Circle 04:10
6. Painted Smiling Face 04:24
Side B
7. Mine Are the Eyes of God 05:00
8. Shallow Ground 02:21
9. Vote with a Bullet 03:27
10. Great Purification 04:33
11. White Noise 04:19
12. Echoes in the Well 05:33
52:03

Disc 2
Side A
1. Future/Now (MC5 cover)
2. Jim Beam and the Coon Ass
3. Damned for All Time (Demo 91')
4. Dance of the Dead (Demo 91')

Nice. to bad I don't buy records lol.

I have the 95 Columbia disc. I didn't know it was a re release.
It has a bunch of bonus tracks. They aren't listed in the cd. But they are in my itunes. Score exactly 1 for Apple.

This show starts a little rough and he isn't in position when it starts either. But all in all when it gets going it isn't too bad. He obviously isn't a professional. But he got the job done lol. I twas worth it for me to watch it. The band has a lot of energy, especially the drummer bassist and Mike. Mike's running the whole stage and never sounds out of breath of misses a beat. I think they get better as it goes too.

What I find interesting about that article is that it's quoted from the same Talk Toomey interview that Blabber first started quoting over a week ago, yet I don't remember Blabber talking too much about Dime yet.
