That was the EP I was struggling to find a while back, it's been listed on Nick's bio for a while, but being unreleased no one seemed to have a copy of it.
The guitarist has the same name as Dark Angel guitarist Eric Meyer
But there is something strange going on with their bio. They have a full length release listed for 2011, but apparently no one played on it and it has received no reviews. It's also reported that the bass player, a guy name Bob Kakaha, started the band as a tribute to his friend and band mate Dime. However this EP was recorded in 2007 and Bob is not listed as joining the band until 2010. The tribute part does kind of check out though given that Bob was in Damage Plan and HellYeah, but how he started a band 3 years after they recorded their first demo, which he plays on, is beyond me.
