Yeah I personally would rather read a real book than on a screenhttp://www.blabbermouth.net/news/br...-money-for-a-book-than-they-are-for-an-album/
Bruce has had his say on just about everything lately as new interviews pop up daily, some of his stuff is just verbalising what is in the book, other stuff is just chatter but I do kind of agree with what he's saying here even if for this country the figures are wrong.
In this country his book (paperback) is worth less than their latest album and only a few dollar more than most of their back catalogue. People will pay stupid amounts for brand names etc and then go and pirate an album. I think the biggest reason they are happy to buy a book then pirate the album is because unlike downloading MP3's which just about everyone knows how to do less people know that downloading books is just as easy. Or they are like me and hate reading a book on the screen.
And hair!Aaahhh the day back before Scott Ian voiced an opinion on everything
Although it was a really good time for Anthrax, they had some good songs under their belt by the end of the 80's and they put on fairly good live show. I've still got Oedivnikcufecin (or however they spelt it) on VHS somewhere and if I had a VHS connected to the TV I'd probably watch it.
More old people celebrating milestones. Eddie Van Halen's 63rd birthday on the same day as Tom Keifer's 57th and Diamond Dave's Skyscraper turned 30.
I read the other day they are considering getting the Skyscraper band back together for the anniversary. Not sure how they'd all be after this long but I'm betting Dave wont be as aerobatic as he once was.
And hair!
I wish those would be put out on disc. So many old videos are just gone.
I wouldn't have pegged Keifer was 57
Considering they still haven't been able to come together for Eat'em anniversary I doubt it. But it would be great. I don't understand Roth. They were all set to do it and demand was to great so the show got closed but he never se it back up.
Well..I mean that's just kind of a fact isn't it? Didn't stop him with VH lolMaybe he's afraid that he wont be able to preform as good as the rest of them.
I hope so. But the stories of lost masters and things like that that I always hear makes me think if it is archived it's not by the industry. There must still be a shitload of archival footage of bands somewhere, it can't all be up to finding shit by mistake stored in people garages and storage sheds.
