I'm also experiencing the same problem where the server keeps asking for the username and password. This probably happens because the server only allows one connection per user and several FTP clients thread connections.

Here's part of my access log:
USER ultimate
331 Password required for ultimate.
PASS (hidden)
530 No more connection allowed for this IP.

You guys are amazing. From day one, this server worked for me. Even with IE. And it still does. Fill in this password and username and add to favorites in IE. You can't go wrong on this?!! Easy as hell.

btw when server is slow then the speed limit is enabled (when i need my internet etc) i'lll try to keep the speed as high as possible
