made this is photoshop using the image Mitch posted as a template...I juts went round the whole this with the pen tool. the D looks a bit deformed, and different to the original D, but it's the best I can do at this time I'm tired

I tried to get a bigger one and more defined. Looks pretty good, I'd say.

you can just buy sticker paper and do it yourself at home
