Don't know if you are still looking for info, but...

It claims to be official but as far as I know (and I know quite a bit) it is not. it is also supposed to be limited to 300, and I don't doubt that. However, it's prevalence on eBay suggests that it isn't worth much at all. Other "proof" that it isn't official is the pictures on the LP - they are pictures of band members, which CoF would never do. if they were pic LPs for the demos then the demo covers would likely be the pictures.

Thus, because it isn't official (as far as I know), it isn't worth much at all I'm afraid.
