Manowar's music isn't wimpy or prissy like fucking euro-flower bullshit. It's straightforward Heavy Metal, and their early stuff is fucking excellent.

Lost Horizon definitely look comedic, but their first album is pretty good and that singer is goddamn amazing. Definitely not a euro-flower doublebass one string picking band.

If you're going to site a Helloween album that's not cheesy, site Walls of Jericho. Speed Metal with incredible energy and no apprehension from going over the top.

Finist is an "NSPM" (yes you heard right) project of Nokturnal Mortum members. It's hilarious.

Finist is so fucking awesome. I actually bought the tape. For GoD and others, it's a project of Munruthel of Nokturnal Mortum, and musically they're actually not bad, I mean it's power metal and not my style of choice, but about 50% of the time he sings with BM-style vocals and some of the riffs are total thrash metal. The clean vocals are hilariously poor though, but it's the lyrics that make the purchase worthwhile:

They're hilarious in the lyrics and vocals. They're pretty shitting epic, if you ask me, and their songwriting is decent. But the whole concept combined with the lyrics are just...over the top.
