Computer viruses.

I'm getting about twenty of these little bastards emailed to me A DAY!, most of them pretending to be new security patches from Microsoft .

I delete them all as soon as I get them and keep my Norton's up to date, but beyond that I can't think of anything else to stop them coming through. Any tips?

it poses as a microsoft security patch, microsoft never send emails that contain attachments or patches so don't run any exe unless you know exactly what it is

Set up email filters to just delete them. Or if you have an understanding ISP, it's possible for them to set up filters before they even get to your mailbox.
