Concept album?

For those who have heard Recreation Day, read the lyrics or just know something about it... is there a single underlying concept on the CD?

...except for despair ofcourse (I mean, it's Evergrey).

Tom has stated in interviews that it is not conceptual in the way that ISOT was, but there is an underlying theme of death and bereavement and the human response to it.
